The Team

We are a small and growing team at Cellexus.

Between us we have many years of business and technical expertise, particularly within the medical devices sector.

Craig is a worldwide experienced Director of Business Development having worked for some of the worlds leading technology suppliers to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for the last thirty years. He has extensive experience in areas such as Filtration alongside Ultra-filtration also Chromatography, Fermentation and spent many years working on the implementation of single use technologies such as bioreactors and other associated products.

Leo Sibanda joined Cellexus in January 2015. He is responsible for the design, production, installation and operational qualification of the Cellexus CellMaker single-use bioreactor system. He is also responsible for preventative maintenance visits to local and international clients. Since joining Cellexus he has played a significant role in the development of the CellMaker bioreactor software and control system.

Leo is from Zimbabwe and came to the UK to study Electrical & Electronic Engineering at University of Greenwich. He followed this with an MSc at Leeds in 2012 and completed his education with an MBA at the University of Aberdeen. He has a strong interest in process and equipment validation and is currently working towards chartership with the Institution of Engineering and Technology


David Roe is our sales representative based in Düsseldorf. He is founder of add2biz, a management consultancy specialising in international business development. 

David is British and has lived and worked in Germany since 1993 when he established and ran the German office of Scottish Trade (later Development) International. Until 2012, he was Head, Investment Promotion for Invest Hong Kong in Germany.

David is an expert in both international trade and inward investment, to and from German-speaking markets. He instigates and opens dialogue at senior level, recruits and advises companies wishing to found subsidiaries abroad and/or engage in partnerships with foreign firms and research organisations.
